There were two things happen to me today yang menyebabkan i felt like quitting doing both of it. The first one was the tragedy of accompanying my brother to HTAR for follow-up medical check up. The appointment scheduled at 2.30 am(which i 101% believed it should be pm...you'll know how the nurse can be so clumsy if you have the experiences of bringing ur mom, dad, 1st bro, 3rd bro, cousin and niece to the same hospital). So..my bro and i went to the respective ward (8A) at 1.45pm. The nurse take the appointment card and told us to wait. There already 2 men waiting there for the same appointment session. While waiting....4 more come. The doctor was so bz with his routine round at the ward eventhough it already 2.45pm. I understand the doctor's duties but why on earth they scheduled our appointments at the time the doctor has to do other routine job? The nurse should knew it right? Without any chair, my brother, the other 7 patients and me keep waiting. It was at 4pm when the doctor check on my bro. And guess what? It took less than 5 MINUTES!!!! Dem..dem...dem..!!I hate HTAR!!!!! That was sooooo cruel!! I hate 'em!
The second incident was at Mydin Klang. I went there this afternoon with my sist (she's a new appointed assistant supervisor at the emporium after a harsh 4 years of 9am-11pm, 6 days a week work days!!) She's off today so she voluntered to accompany me to buy my toiletries before i return to UTP at the store. After picking up all the items in my list...it's time to pay. My sist give the casheir her staff number so that i can get staff price for the items. But it really sank me when they just cut off 10 to 50 CENTS from the price tag per item. A facial wash cost 8.70 at the tag had been deducted to 8.40??? What a staff's price eh??? Fine with that..when it come the time to bring the items from the premise, the security opened up and count every single item and compare it with the list in the receipt. What's that?? I hate Mydin because of the way they treat the workers. They never trust the workers an inch pon. Kebajikan pekerja langsung tak terjaga. for me..i can't work in this kind of environment....it's killing me even to see it. How can you give ur best if ur boss never trust you? kalau setakat kasi discount tige pat posen...buat buang masa jer. Staff tak kan rasa tu satu kelebihan pon. i wonder why my sist is so loyal to this Mydin. Gaji kecik..tapi kerja macam nak mati. Reward plak sikit. No wonder Mydin bleh jual brg murah murah but still establish. Maklumlah...opetaion cost tak banyak. The only thing that i like at Mydin is they really sell it cheap..hehehe. Untung kalo beli toiletries kat situ.
Well...the conclusion of what happen to me today shows that HTAR is very poor in giving the best to the consumer because of its i-don-give-dem nurses and doctors while Mydin is very poor in giving the best for its employees because of its i-don-give-a-dem management. Just hope things will change for the sake of the community itselve!!
