And The Awards Goes To.....
Went to Sogo, Jalan TAR and places along that area. What a very-very happening scene! You can feel the Mega Sales aura everywhere. And yerp, I saw ‘tudung Mawi’ everywhere. And one stall even sell ‘Kain Aduhai Saliha’, hahaha, very fast eh? He sang that song on Saturday night, the next day people already took advantage of it. What a poor Mawi. What did he get from all the exploitations? A house? A car? Home theater? Astro collect more than 5 millions on Mawi’s vote alone. Do you think it’s worth prizes that he got? I don’t know. Maybe the platform to the world of fame cost that high. E eh, I’m not intended to talk about Mawi laa.. What la me!
Back to the Mega Sales fever. When I stepped out from my house, all I got in mind was 2 pieces of decent shirt that I can wear to office worth not more than RM50. Another RM50 for Kak Haiza for her handbag that she’s been raving about for the whole past week. I was like.. Imust must must stick to my list this time” Then the journey starts. We walk from LRT Putra Masjid Jamek up to Sogo. Found all the Mawi’s thingy, stop by at several fabrics’, brooches’ and ‘tudung’’s shops. Then went to Sogo. EH! Sales made me WO OOW! Went to the ladies department, men’s department, households’ and food court. And the result for Shopping Idol on Sunday’s 07/08/2005 is :
A pair of brooch – 10 – Paid by me
3 piece ‘anak tudung’ – 10 – Paid by Kak Haiza – For me
A handbag – 49.90 – Paid by Kak Haiza to be refund by me later – For Kak Haiza
3 pieces NIC shirt – 83.50 – Paid by me – For me
1 piece Body Glove shirt – 25 – Paid by me – For me
2 Single bedsheets – 46.70 – Paid by me – for mak
Lunch – 15 – Paid by me – For both
That’s it lah!! I hate you, myself! Anyhow, even though I didn’t managed to help myself about it (hehe) but I’m so proud that when I tried the shirts again at home, I was very very satisfied with all of them. So, it’s proven that it were not a price-influence purchasing that cost me hundreds RMs. Even my mum love those bedsheets. This is unsual for me because everytime I bought many things (especially clothes) in one shopping spree, I will end up dissatisfy with at least one of them. So this time, I would like to announced The Lousiest Budget Planner Award and The Best Merchandise Elector Award goes to ….. tetrteteretetreteretet…Dush..! Miss SUHANA ZAM!!!!! Yay!!
