Well, it had been a week. Enjoying every aspects at Dominos Pizza except the fact that i have to be on my feet for 8 hours a day!!! Yerp...theres no chair or stool provided for the crew. You can sneak to the kitchen and sit on the rack or detergent container for a minute or two and hustle to the front again. The first two days really tiring. Too many information went into my brain which 3/4 of them has yet to be processed. The managers in the store were rushing me so that i can be the assistant manager in a month and be posted to other outlet that short of one. Of course my salary will be increased but the fact that i have to learn to manage a fastfood store completely in a month is scary. The stocks must be counted EVERYDAY, the riders must be watched, warned, reminded of every task for they always forget, to master the technique of making the pizza itself is touchering. Arghh...but i love it here, heheh. However, i already felt the job is making me surrender a great pleasure i've used to be. I barely have time to read the papers, watch tv especially football (yes lizzard, the ones manyoo and Selangor being the arsh***l), my brother speaks so little to me (as he not really approved me working there) and bla bla bla. Well, that the sacrifices and lets see how long it will last until i succumb to it.
Anyway, read and watched Geisha already. What a dissapointing movie compare to the marvelous novel. If i hadn't read the book, i'll definitely lost watching the movie cause it cut away the important milestone and change the storyline. The acts put on by the actresses also made me dissapointed for i always imagine the delicateness of the geisha's movements while i'm reading the book which is missing in the movie. The movie shows nothing great about the geisha's hardworks, sufferings and arts of them which being laid passionately by the Authur Golden in the book. Well...thats what i thought anyway. Overall, i'm glad i bought the original book and the pirated DVD of it,,hehe.
p/s mira, the next post will be the letter coz i forget to bring my disket along to this cc.
