It Is THE Time Of The Year Again

Guessed it's not only me who feeling anxious when this time of the year comes.

You think you did enough and sometimes more than enough but feeling not being appraised enough?

Personally, this year, i felt almost the same as last year. I did very well infact outstanding (so what if m arrogant??) but the result will be pulled down by the performance of the new position which covers only 4 months of the year. Its new field, new task, new reponsibilities, still need to learn and pick up on things bla bla bla bla .... bottomline ... m a newbie = no more than average.

Me : You expect me to generate 5 mil in 4 months without any background of the job and in this economic downturn??????

Him : Well, i can put that in my mitigation action, ok. I have to carry the revenue as well. We both failed.

Me : M not the one who suppose to go out there knocking at people doors to get more potential biz (= bigger success rates = higher revenue) because you want me to sits here at my desk and eat, drink, walk, sleep, kiss, make love with the solutions and data modelling.

Him : Yeah ... but it's a shared responsibilities, if they failed, you failed. It's a team effort...

Me : You know what, do whatever you like with my appraisal. You can even f*ck it if you want. I don't give a damn! Don't tell me to do anything anymore because i hate you hate you hate you hate you hate you hate you. I RESIGNED!!!!

Him : Ok, cheers! (because what i actually said is "understand your assessment and if you said it should be that way, that way it is". hehehehehehehe)

Well ... so much we subordinates try to push our ratings, our superior will try double hard to bring it down. Live with it!!!!!!
