Kisah Jiran Sebelah dan Mahkamah Syariah

Well… lama giler aku tak update. Ada la beberapa minggu rasanya. Bukan dah hilang rasa nak berblog Cuma takde kesempatan dari segi masa, tenaga ngan internet availability. Pepaham jerlah kalau dok pakai line free kan…setended ah tuh.
Actually I went home last week. Caught a fever and flu (they always came in package huh?). Then got to ‘merewang’ (help) my neighbour who’s got married last weekend. That was dem killing!! Just imagine…on Saturday beautiful morning, my neighbour came to my house and tell my mum they need to borrow all apparatus for cooking and serving foods. Everything!!! From the very small spoon to the very big kawah and periuk!! And what made it the worst day for me to be at home was….i’m the only one at home with my mum!!!! Dem…dem..dem… End up I was half fainted after pulling and counting out all the equipments. Stooopid neighbour!!! They just acting stupid because it may turn out that we rent all the appliances to other people you know. At that time they will know what will happen to their kenduri. Goreng ayam seketul seketul dalam kuali kecik tuh sampai 8 tahun!! Cakap la awal awal nak pinjam. Ni harap kita nak sendri-sendri bagi pulak…apa kejadahnyaaaaa!!.
Haaa…before that weekend, I went to Mahkamah Syariah Sabak Bernam (jadi driver) with kak Haiza and Kak Zie. Kak Zie is a Syarie Lawyer while kak Haiza is her assistant. They got a case there. Before I step into the court, I already imagine that it will be like what was being show in the tv. But once I entered the court room and saw the activities inside…I was like…what’s going on??? The court was so small (takpelah tu), the judge was like very lazy up there (muka mengantuk jerr), the lawyer didn’t show any credibility as a lawyer at all and the lawyer didn’t do their homework earlier. Nak mintak hakim panda seksyen tapi tak tahu seksyen ape. Boleh pulak mintak buku undang undang kat peguam lawan dan carik dulu seksyen apa yang sesuai. I felt very shame and sad. Another thing that annoy me was the Assistant Registrar (Pembantu pendaftar). Dia ni kerja dia menjerit kes apa yang akan di dengar pehtu kasi apa apa yang hakim perlukan termasukla tarikh sebutan kes akan datang. Tapi lagaknya…mengalahkan ketua hakim negara. Dia pulak yang boleh buat muka bila orang kasi keterangan, geleng-geleng kepala la…that’s very annoying!! Luckily kes yang kak zie bawak sekejap je sebab sekadar nak suruh anak guam dia jawab tuntutan cerai isteri dia (dia tak nak ceraikan) so that isteri dia pulak bleh tuntut cerai fasakh then suruh anak guam dia baca akuan melantik kak zie tu jadi peguam dia.Patu kes ditangguhkan. 15 minit jerr. Drive 4 jam pegi balik nak buat mende tu jer! Sakit la jugak jiwa…rau je la jalan kuala selangor yang sangat ‘cantk’ tuu. Kesimpulannya kat sini…now I know why Syarie Court don’t have that big influence and good image compare to civil court. That was a sad true story of our Islamic Syarie Institution.
Oopss.. panjang plak membebel. Takpe..round up couple of weeks punya cerita! Well…rasanya habis pekse nanti baru update balik…tengok la keadaan. Anyway…good lucks geng!!!!
