I'm leaving for the above this evening. Meeting. Not so happy of going because don't think I'm really needed there. But somehow, it could be an excape for me to calm down and gather back my rationalism.
Anyway, I'd forwarded my resume to some people. Half-heartedly. I don't really want to leave buat as you all mentioned, sometimes, the situation allows you to be selfish. After all, I'm not leaving now. Only if there's opportunity out there that meant for me, then I'll do the hard part - THINKIN!
As if it is not enough, i'm receiving more and more news about people leaving. Key people!! It sounds harsh to leave when the company need you the most but sometimes other people just being people, they strived, they do everything just to see their rival give up and leave. And i can assure, more than 50% are leaving out of this reason.
I'm tired.

yaaa..same goes to my old company..all otai2 leave the company already.People hv to move on. Jangan sentimental sangat dengan kampeni tempat kite kerje. Put your career progression first.Plus di usia muda ni job hopping (tapi biar berpada-padala) is still ok!
